evening of wine tasting: Tuscan Brewery Self


Last night during the week of craft beer I had the pleasure to participate in an evening of wine tasting at the wine bar Wine Veritas of Pisa, in a ferment-festival organized by craft beer.
beers protagonists of the evening were those of the Independent Brewery Toscano (BAT) Montescudaio introduced in a simple but comprehensive brewers themselves. For a neophyte like me was extremely interest in the introduction of each beer!
Interesting philosophy that underlies their production brewing " not inspire us to particular beer styles, we create our one, the one most suited to the combination." And Tuscan cuisine goes hand in hand with their 4 beers presented. We started with the Belt-ale intended to create new cocktails and appetizers, then we went to Carma suitable for dishes based on fish / shellfish, vegetables and fresh cheeses, last came to my two favorites: the Tile and Ticci . Both see the beer fits perfectly for cold cuts, cheeses and roasted meats, would certainly if to show off a nice grilled spring!
Unfortunately it was my failure to ask the cost of each beer and how to find to make this exhaustive post .... but I hope to have answers on outreach to those who read these lines ;-) my
